Beacon CRM - The online Customer Relations Management (CRM) system used by many UK charities and third sector organisations has experienced a cyber security breach. As Veterans Aid is among its customers, we have prudently taken all necessary steps to comply with reporting and protection protocols. There is no evidence that any of our donor data has been compromised. It is reassuring to know that Beacon does not hold financial records of any of our donors. Our in-house cyber protection systems have not been affected.
