Former Veterans Aid employee makes the cover of Tatler!

Amelia Windsor is the 20-year-old granddaughter of the Duke and Duchess of Kent, which makes her 36th in line to the throne. She’s currently in her first year at Edinburgh University, reading French and Italian by day and acting in student productions by night, most recently ‘The Crucible’.

But what she most wants to talk about is a charity called Veterans Aid (www.veterans-aid.net), which she worked for during her gap year in 2014.

“The team support veterans struggling with all kinds of issues”, she says. “Whether it’s finding accommodation, dealing with an addiction or something simple like buying food, clothing or an Oyster card. I’ve never seen so much hard work and passion from dedicated group of people. 
I will never forget my time working there.”
